- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My son and I went in during their Christmas celebration in our frumpy work clothes and we're treated like homeless bums. They even charged my son for a soda from their courtesy counter which I personally witnessed others getting free. I am an MSU alumni with both a BA and an MA , retired after 28 years teaching, pastored in Rowan county for 30+ years. I went home, bathed and put on a suit. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Sweet, friendly people. They care about their customers and go out of their way to help in any way they can. Rite Aid was trying to charge me $250 for a prescription and decided to try Holbrooks, they worked hard to get my insurance approved and I got my medicine for $3 that same day.
